How do I publish a listing?
Create an account, describe your property, add your photos, check the price, add options if you wish, then publish. You then follow everything from your area.
How much does a listing cost?
For 30, 60 or 90 days: rental CHF 39, 69 or 89; sale CHF 89, 149 or 199; property under CHF 350: CHF 19, 29 or 39. When you create a private account, 3 listings of 30 days are free, for all properties, rental or sale.
How much does a request cost?
CHF 9.90 for 30 days, CHF 17.50 for 60 days, CHF 24.90 for 90 days. From your first purchase, 2 requests of 30 days are free. Options: top place CHF 9.90, boost CHF 4.90.
What do agencies pay?
The first 6 months are free. Then for 30, 60 or 90 days: 10 listings at CHF 199, 359 or 499; 30 listings at CHF 449, 799 or 1'099; 100 listings at CHF 999, 1'799 or 2'499. Options: featured agency, live targeted requests, 10 more listings, packs of top places and boosts.
What do the paid options do?
The top place and the weekly boost switch on by themselves at publication. Their prices are on the Prices page.
How long does my listing stay online?
30, 60 or 90 days, as you choose. You get a reminder 7 days before the end and can renew.
Why is my listing pending?
The first listings of a new account are reviewed before publication.
Are my contact details public?
Not for private users. Contact goes through the site's messaging.
How do I publish a request?
Go to Requests and publish your search, your flatmate search or your lease takeover. Everyone can see it and interested people write to you through the site's messaging.
How can I spot a scam?
Never pay before visiting. Do not send ID to someone you have not checked. Beware of contact requests via WhatsApp.
How do I report a listing?
Use the «Report» link on the listing. Our team reviews the report.
How do I delete my account?
In your area, open My account, then Delete my account.
