Listing rules
These rules keep listings reliable for everyone. A listing that does not follow them may be corrected, refused or removed.
A real, available property
The listing describes a property that exists, is located in Switzerland, is genuinely for rent or sale, and that you are entitled to offer (owner, landlord, authorised agent or tenant allowed to sublet). Remove the listing as soon as the property is no longer available.
Owner's consent
Anyone publishing on behalf of someone else (agency, property manager, tenant looking for a successor) must have the consent of the owner or property manager.
Right category, right fields
Choose the right property type and offer type (rent or sale). Each piece of information goes in the field provided: no price in the title, no contact details in the description. Furniture, services or items unrelated to a property are not allowed.
Accurate information
Property type, size, number of rooms, location and price match reality. The price shown is the real price: net rent and charges, or sale price. No fake bait prices and no "price on request" to attract contacts.
One listing per property
Each property is published only once. Duplicates, and listings republished to move up in the results, are removed. To move a listing up, use the options provided.
Photos of the property
Photos show the property offered or useful information about it (surroundings, view, floor plan). You must hold the rights to these images. No address, e-mail, phone number or licence plate may be legible. A recognisable person appears only with their consent. No logos, banners or advertising text on photos, and no symbol imitating a keyhome24 option (for example a fake top-placement banner). Floor plans and renderings are allowed if presented as such.
Prohibited content
Prohibited: advertising for the advertiser or other services, erotic, political, discriminatory (origin, religion, sex, disability…), misleading, unlawful or offensive content, third parties' personal data, referring interested people to paid numbers or services, and any request for payment before a viewing.
Professionals
An agency or professional publishes with an agency account, under the company's name. The agency's internal reference may appear in the listing. Any fees payable by the tenant or buyer are stated clearly.
One account per agency
An agency subscription is for a single agency or a group of related companies. It may not be shared between several independent agencies.
Up-to-date contact details
Interested people contact you through keyhome24 messaging. Your account's e-mail and phone must be valid so that you receive enquiries.
Search requests
A search request describes what you are really looking for, for yourself or your client. It is not for offering a property or a service.
Reporting
Does a listing look false or suspicious? Use the "Report this listing" link on the listing. Our team checks every report.
In case of breach
keyhome24 may deactivate a listing without notice and warn the advertiser. In case of repeated breaches or abuse, keyhome24 may block the account and refuse new listings. If a breach provided a normally paid advantage for free (for example by deleting and republishing a listing to move it up without paying for the bump option), keyhome24 may charge the price of that advantage. Amounts already paid for a listing removed for breaching the rules are not refunded.
